Welcome to core-37.com terms and conditions. Core37 is a trading name of CORE37 LTD, a company registered under the Companies Act, Company Number:  12737774.
Core37 provides this site as a service to its customers and we would encourage you to read the following basic rules that govern your use of our site.
By approving an order, you confirm that you accept these Terms of Sale. These Terms of Sale may be updated by Core37 in the future.

GENERAL

Your use of our site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the following terms and conditions, which together with our privacy policy govern Core37 relationship with you in relation to this website. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions please do not use this website.
The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only and Core37 reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Our terms and conditions should, therefore, be reviewed by you whenever you use this website.
All designs are owned and copyright by Core37. Reproduction, copying and re-selling our products is expressly prohibited without written consent from the management. Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements. This website may contain material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is expressly prohibited. Unauthorised use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence. Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales.

TERMS OF SALE

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions: When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to mainland UK and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we cannot be responsible.

OUR CONTRACT

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods, which you ordered, have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.

PRICING AND AVAILABILITY

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Delivery costs may change dependant on the location of the delivery address specified.

PAYMENT

We accept payment from Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Switch, Delta, Solo and PayPal. We use a simple and secure payment gateway service via Sage Pay, so you can shop with us safe in the knowledge that your transactions are 100% secure. Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed.

DELIVERY

All countries outside the EU have additional customs clearance charges. Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you (the recipient). We regret that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. For further details please contact your local customs authority. Core37 cannot be accountable for any delays incurred whilst in transit with our courier. If an item is sent to an address that you specified when ordering which turns out to be incorrect, we are not liable if this item does not reach you. Any orders placed over the weekend or on a bank holiday will not be processed until the next working day.
International shipments might have additional duty to pay to receive the items. This is usually paid to SkyNet (Our International distribution service) via a payment source, i.e. Credit Card or PayPal.
We can't charge this additional cost on the website as it is not Core37 that has to pay the charge and it differs in every country.

FRAUD POLICY

In an effort to protect our customers, all orders placed at core-37.com are screened and security checked for fraud. We advise you to include a valid telephone number and email address with your order so we can contact you if we need you to confirm its authenticity. All checks are made for the security and safe shopping of our customers. We may ask you to confirm certain elements of your order which may include the billing or delivery address. Although it is rare that it would be necessary for us to cancel an order, we reserve the right to refuse any orders from a customer where the following situations are applicable: Incorrect credit/debit card number, expiration date or security code. Incorrect billing information (billing information you provide is different from information your credit card company/ bank has on record). We may cancel any order if fraudulent activity is suspected and may refuse to process subsequent orders from customers with a previous fraudulent order history. If we are unable to contact you via the telephone number or email address you provided with your order within 3 days we reserve the right to cancel your order. (In this circumstance a full refund will be actioned to the original payment method).

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Please note ALL made to order items are NON-refundable unless there is a manufacturing fault if in the event you do find a fault this Must be emailed to Core37 within 7 days of receiving the goods

When someone visits our website, we use a web collection service, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website. If we do want to collect personally identifiable information through our website, the contact form, used by yourself with consent, will be our only means of collecting your personal information. In turn, this will not be shared with anyone outside of our organisation, unless this is part of the service you have given consent for. SUBMISSION OF YOUR INFORMATION

Submission of your information, requested, from our website is held on our secure platform. This is protected by all methods necessary. Only the required personnel have access to this information. Your information will only be used for the stated intended purpose and will not be shared outside of Core37 without your express consent. Your consent to share your information will be sought at the time of you submitting your data.

PAYMENT

Payment can be made by credit card, direct debit invoice or as may otherwise be instructed at the Web Shop. Where payment is subject to validation and/or authorisation by a card issuer or bank or to credit validation, any Order Confirmation is subject to such validation or authorisation. We co-operate with an authorised payment service provider (PSP), who processes your personal details in accordance with the international security standard PCI DSS, developed by international credit card companies such as VISA and MasterCard. All transactions will be sent through SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) in encrypted form and all card details and payment information will be protected and processed with a high level of security.

COMPLAINTS AND FEEDBACK

Should you wish to make a complaint our complaints process is available upon request. All information received during the course of a complaint is handled with the same level of security protection on the need for privacy as any other information we collect.

INFORMATION REQUIRED FOR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES FOR PROVIDING OUR SERVICES TO OUR CUSTOMERS

Core37 use information provided by yourself to provide our services and products to our customers. This data is only used for its intended and stated purpose. This includes financial information for the production of invoices and receiving of payments for services provided.

PROTECTING YOUR INFORMATION

In order to protect your information, we have in place the following methods of protection: -

  • Malware protection on all platforms
  • Encryption on data at rest and at the point of use
  • Ongoing backups
  • Auditing for data integrity on an ongoing basis

INFORMATION BACKUPS

Core37 have a backup policy in place. We retain backups indefinitely. Upon receiving a request to remove data of a personal nature, this will be completed by removing all reference and data from the production environment.

REQUESTS FOR YOUR INFORMATION

We will respond to requests for the information we hold on you within the required 30-day period. Initial requests will not be charged. However, should more than 2 requests be made within a 3-month period of time, subsequent requests will be charged at £10 per request.
All information will be provided in the format of a PDF document.

MARKETING INFORMATION

Core37 collect information from various sources for marketing purposes. This information can be from social media forums, industry forums to name but a few. We retain this information for a period of no more than 18 months, or the duration of the marketing campaign only.

Core37 share information with the following external organisations for commercial purposes: -

IN USA, CANADA AND UK-EU.

The exception to this criteria is the sharing of information with UK authorities for investigatory purposes as per current legislation on finance and personnel.

SUPPLIER INFORMATION

Core37 are aware that sometimes information with regards to suppliers is personal in nature. This information is protected to the full extent as any other information within our environment. This information is not shared unless express permission is granted by the individual.

CHILDREN’S POLICY

Core37 is committed to protecting the privacy needs of children and we encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children 's online activities and interests. Core37 does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13 and Core37 does not target its websites to children under 13.

JOB APPLICANTS AND OUR CURRENT AND FORMER EMPLOYEES

JOB APPLICANTS

When Core37 receive job applications we hold these in a secure manner. The application forms are deleted or, in the instance of hard copies, shredded after the selection period is completed. This information is not shared outside our organisation and is only shared internally with designated personnel. Were information of an applicant is to be retained for future use only the contact information will be retained. Consent from the applicant will be sought prior to the retention of any personal contact information.

CURRENT EMPLOYEES

All personal information held by Core37 on current employees is managed and maintained in a secure manner, the same as any other information we hold. All employees have the right to view the data we hold on them at any time. A formal request is required to be made for this information through their line manager.

FORMER EMPLOYEES

All personal information held by Core37 on former employees is managed and maintained in a secure manner, the same as any other information we hold. Should a former employee wish to view the data that we hold on them the steps for requesting information (detailed above) is followed. Information held on personnel is retained for a period no longer than 3 years after the cessation of employment, in line with current UK legislation. After this period of time, all the information on the former employee is deleted. If requested, a confirmation of this will be communicated to the person.

REPORTING OF DATA BREACHES

Core37 report all major data breaches, of data we have control and are responsible for, to the Information Commissioners Office, our customers and/or suppliers. All potential data breaches are fully investigated as per our Information Security Incident Policy.
When a data breach is detected, and the severity ascertained, this will be reported to the ICO within 72 hours.
